About this role

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the data strategy for their automation and chatbot analytics infrastructure within the Global Customer Experience department. This hybrid role involves diving deep into GenAI conversational landscapes and translating complex data into actionable roadmap strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

What we are looking for

Anchor data strategy for automation and chatbot analytics infrastructure
Sole embedded analytics lead within Global CX department
Monitor user intents and trends to diagnose system bugs
Establish KPIs for bot containment and NLP accuracy
Conduct deep-dive analyses of chat transcripts and user journeys
Partner with Product, Engineering, and CX Automation teams
