Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be a key part of our Control Tower, reporting to the IT Manager. You will collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to build and monitor KPIs, supporting decision-making with advanced reports and dashboards. Your work will directly impact process optimization, overall organizational efficiency, and the operational performance of top customers.

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from various operational areas
• Build, update, and monitor operational and performance KPIs
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support operations and management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define needs and new KPIs
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics and transport, with strong analytical skills
