Business Data Analyst

This role is for a Business Data Analyst to interpret data, build dashboards, and support commercial decision-making. You will work hands-on with Excel and Power BI, collaborating with Finance and Business Units to provide insights, reporting, and process improvements. The position is a 2-year fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for business reviews and operational reporting
• Analyze data from CRM, SAP/ERP and finance systems to produce actionable insights
• Support leadership and BU teams with ad-hoc analysis and interpretation
• Manage SAP pricing and rebates, including accruals and reconciliations
• Identify and improve manual, repetitive reporting or data tasks
• Support ongoing data quality, accuracy, and documentation
