PM Data Analyst

Lonza is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Cell & Gene Therapy and mRNA operations in San Jose, Costa Rica. This role focuses on financial analytics, KPI reporting, and process improvement to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will deliver financial analyses, prepare KPI reports, support target-setting, and enhance data governance.

• Deliver platform-level financial analyses and reporting
• Prepare, analyze, and present KPI reporting
• Support target-setting and Business Review (BSR) processes
• Improve scope governance and data quality
• Design and implement automation solutions and analytical tools
• Partner with Program Management, Finance, Commercial Development, Proposals, and Operations teams
