People Data Analyst

As a People Data Analyst, you will transform workforce data into actionable insights that drive HR and business decisions. You will focus on data manipulation, investigation, and interpretation, rather than dashboard creation. This role is key to informing strategic choices by uncovering trends and patterns within our employee data.

• Analyze complex workforce data to identify trends and surface meaningful insights
• Manipulate and structure large datasets from HRIS systems like Workday
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders
• Identify and recommend solutions for data quality issues
• Experience with HRIS or workforce data strongly preferred
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
