Staff Data Scientist, Sales Analytics

10x Genomics is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead their sales analytics function and enhance ML capabilities. You will rebuild the sales forecasting model, redesign territory performance frameworks, and develop early-warning signal models to proactively manage accounts. This role involves deep-dive analyses, customer behavior modeling, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

• Own end-to-end development of ML-based sales forecasting models
• Build pipeline health and churn risk models
• Design performance frameworks for distributor-led markets
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on quota attainment and territory performance
• Develop and maintain price elasticity models
• Build and own early-warning models for churn risk and expansion readiness
