Sr. Business Analyst (Customer Success)

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for their Starlink Customer Operations team in Redmond, WA. This role focuses on analyzing consumer metrics, developing forecasting models, and conducting market research to drive subscriber growth and enhance user value. The ideal candidate will leverage quantitative skills and market curiosity to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

• Analyze consumer metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, cohort performance) using SQL
• Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth and revenue
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards using data visualization tools
• Conduct market research and price analysis to recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams on growth strategies
• Identify data gaps and work with engineering to improve data collection
