Sr. Data Analyst, Customer Analytics (Insurance)

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their new Customer Analytics team. This role will transform raw customer data into actionable insights to drive retention, growth, and operational improvements. You will build scalable analytics functions, identify client trends and risks, and translate findings into clear recommendations to enhance client outcomes.

• Develop insights to improve customer performance and link analytics to measurable outcomes
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards for customer health, adoption, and churn risk
• Own core dashboards and repeatable analytics deliverables
• Perform advanced analytics including regression, clustering, and predictive modeling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Sales, and Operations
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives for stakeholders
