The Standard is seeking a Learning and Development Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver data-driven insights for L&D and management initiatives. You will develop dashboards, reports, and automated solutions to measure learning effectiveness and operational performance, partnering with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.

What we are looking for

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
Automate business processes and reporting workflows using Microsoft Power Platform
Analyze learning, workforce, and operational data to identify trends
Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology administration
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics
