About this role

Quince is seeking a Staff Talent & People Analyst to join their People Analytics team. This role will partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams to provide data-driven insights for hiring strategy and workforce planning. You will translate recruiting questions into analyses, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.

Act as the go-to analyst for Talent and People data requests
Build, maintain, and iterate on dashboards and reporting
Translate business questions into structured analyses
Partner with Data Engineer on recruiting data models
Validate data accuracy and perform QA
Support workforce planning and modeling
