Data Science Intern (2027 Start)

Join the Databricks Data team as a Data Science Intern to transform business and operations data into actionable insights. You will apply advanced data science methodologies to drive product design, customer strategies, and engineering optimizations, while also dogfooding the Databricks platform to enhance its capabilities. This role offers an end-to-end project experience, from data exploration to presenting findings and potentially deploying algorithms.

• Work with the Data team and internal stakeholders to solve business problems using data
• Apply data science methodologies like causal inference and recommender systems
• Manage projects end-to-end: data exploration, insight presentation, and algorithm deployment
• Utilize SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation
• Experience with statistical data analysis and machine learning methods
• Pursuing a Master's or PhD in a quantitative field, graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
