Data Scientist

Lead data science research within the breast cancer program at the University of Chicago. You will develop frameworks for multi-modal data, implement machine learning tools, and analyze complex datasets to drive discovery and patient care.

• Manage data science research projects in breast cancer
• Develop frameworks for genomic, pathology, and imaging data
• Code and implement machine learning pipelines
• Analyze complex research and administrative datasets
• Experience with Python, torch, and scikit-learn preferred
• Experience with image or unstructured text data and LLMs preferred
