Business Intelligence Developer (Research)

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will create impactful reports and dashboards to provide critical insights into organizational performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, design and develop BI solutions, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility. This role is key to driving informed business and clinical decisions within our healthcare system.

• Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data structures
• Gather requirements and communicate with internal clients
• Analyze, design, develop, and document BI solutions
• Validate and modify reports based on end-user needs
• Collaborate with analysts and end-users for Epic reporting
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve reporting and data issues
