Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at AT&T, you will enhance our project management platform and partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and user experiences. You will leverage Agile methodologies and AI-enabled tools to drive operational efficiency, support application administration, and contribute to workflow design and automation initiatives.

• Support administration and enhancement of enterprise project management applications
• Gather and document business requirements, creating user stories and process documentation
• Develop and maintain standardized project workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
• Create test plans, coordinate UAT, and support defect resolution
• Develop Power Automate flows and other Power Platform solutions for automation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment
