Data Analyst ( Commercial Operations)

Baxter is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Commercial Excellence team in Warsaw, Poland. This role supports data analytics and commercial operations for the Western Europe region, focusing on distributor claims, database maintenance, and developing Excel tools. You will collaborate with commercial, finance, and bids & tenders teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

• Analyze distributor end-user and price claims data
• Maintain Commercial Excellence database
• Develop Excel-based tools for commercial teams
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and bids & tenders teams
• Support data accuracy and process improvement initiatives
• Proficient in English and Polish, with strong MS Office skills
