Senior Business Intelligence Developer

As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will build and automate data solutions to drive actionable insights and improve business outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical requirements, develop data pipelines, and create clear visualizations. This role requires strong technical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate operational processes into technical requirements
• Automate processes and develop analytics using modern BI and data platforms like Databricks
• Extract, cleanse, and blend data from diverse internal and external sources
• Build and maintain automated workflows and pipelines using SQL, PySpark, and notebooks
• Create simple, direct, and actionable visualizations to guide user decisions
• Lead project deliverables and mentor junior team members
