Lead Data Scientist

Join RBC's USWM Applied AI group as a Lead Data Scientist to design and implement machine learning solutions using enterprise analytics tools. This role involves owning the full data science lifecycle, from problem framing to production deployment, and collaborating with AI engineers to integrate models into financial services workflows. You will write production Python code, mentor junior scientists, and focus on model quality and business outcomes.

• Analyze, design, and implement data science/ML solutions
• Own full data science lifecycle from problem framing to production
• Collaborate with AI engineers and MLOps for model deployment
• Write production Python code and mentor junior data scientists
• Apply machine learning and statistical modeling techniques
