Senior Principal Data Analyst

As a Senior Principal Data Analyst at GEICO, you will develop and maintain robust data solutions, reporting frameworks, and visualizations to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions, lead complex initiatives, and identify opportunities for data-driven performance improvements across various business functions. • Lead design and development of data models, analytical solutions, reports, and dashboards
• Manage complex data extraction, transformation, and validation processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple business and data domains
• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and forecasting
