Senior Data Analyst

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making for their People team. You will transform HR and organizational data into actionable insights to improve talent acquisition, workforce management, and overall effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, the ability to communicate data stories, and comfort working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner with People teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Develop and execute a roadmap for people data investments
• Conduct statistical analyses to inform HR decisions
• Write complex SQL queries for deep-dive analyses on employee data
• Design and build automated dashboards for stakeholder self-service
• Communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
