Senior Quantitative Analytics Specialist (Senior GenAI Data Scientist)

Wells Fargo is seeking experienced Senior GenAI Data Scientists to drive NLP and LLM initiatives within the Consumer Model Development group. This role involves applying advanced statistical theory, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation through applied research.

• Apply advanced statistical theory to quantify, analyze, and manage data and financial risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled solutions
• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI, ML, NLP, and LLM solutions
• Drive innovation through proof-of-concept initiatives and applied research in Generative AI
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Ensure transparency, governance, and compliance with regulatory expectations
