Consultant, Business Analytics

CIBC is seeking a Consultant, Business Analytics to support Capital Markets Operations. This role involves providing production support for Broadridge services, analyzing processes, and recommending enhancements to improve operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver change and develop scalable solutions.

• Provide production support for Broadridge services and manage partner inquiries
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation
• Gather requirements and assess business and technical needs for process and system enhancements
• Build relationships with internal partners and external vendors
• Contribute to the implementation of initiatives and support change management activities
• Develop assessments and use data analysis to support decision-making
