VBP Data Analyst 2

PacificSource is seeking a VBP Data Analyst 2 to provide critical data analysis and reporting support for value-based payments, reinsurance, and employer group initiatives. You will extract, clean, and transform data, develop visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and understandable insights for external audiences.

• Extract, clean, and transform data using t-SQL, SAS, or similar tools
• Develop reports and analytical solutions for RFPs, employer groups, and regulatory requests
• Calculate and analyze value-based payment terms and support financial reconciliation
• Create data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
• Collaborate with teams to present complex data and findings clearly
• Assist in evaluating the impact of business changes on risk reports
