Sales Compensation Sr. Analytics Consultant

HP is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join their Sales Compensation Insights & Analytics team. This role focuses on partnering with sales, finance, and operations leaders to understand business needs, design analytical solutions, and translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in analytics tools.

• Partner with sales compensation, finance, sales operations, and strategy leaders
• Design analytical models, scenarios, and frameworks
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Develop and refine KPI frameworks for sales performance
• Bridge technical and strategic needs for transformation initiatives
• Leverage Python, SQL, and BI tools for analysis
