Associate Director, Data Science- Commercial

As an Associate Director, Data Science, you will leverage innovative data science techniques to drive strategic business decisions within our commercial market. You will be instrumental in building predictive capabilities to understand patient journeys and influence marketing, sales, and medical strategies. This role requires hands-on functional expertise, a collaborative spirit, and strong leadership to deliver impactful, scalable data science solutions.

• Develop and deploy scalable data science products and insights
• Lead end-to-end data science projects from business questions to solutions
• Build and industrialize predictive sciences for patient journey analysis
• Partner with commercial, insights, and analytics teams
• Provide thought leadership in statistics and predictive algorithms
• Manage DS initiatives for priority therapeutic areas
