Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager (Hybrid)

Barr is seeking a Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data enablement initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to transform data into actionable insights, improve data quality, and enhance analytical maturity across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to leverage AI-enabled tools and advance scalable data architecture to support data-informed decision-making.

• Lead BI analysts and developers responsible for data warehousing, reporting, and analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Establish and maintain data governance, trusted definitions, and reporting standards
• Oversee recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and the use of advanced analytics and AI tools
• Provide direction for analytical data architecture, including data models and semantic layers
• Administer the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment
