About this role

Galderma is seeking a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to optimize staffing strategies and improve operational efficiency within their Contact Center Workforce Management (WFM) function. This role involves leveraging data to provide advanced analytical support, develop predictive models, and translate complex workforce data into actionable insights for business leaders. You will play a key part in enhancing workforce planning, forecasting, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making and support Galderma's ambition to be the leading dermatology company.

What we are looking for

Analyze workforce and contact center data to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and enhance predictive models for workforce forecasting and planning
Create and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
Partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Monitor key performance indicators and recommend process improvements for WFM operations
Utilize Workday and WFM/contact center technologies for analytics and reporting
