Training Coordinator

Albany Med is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop and oversee the Academy Training Program for Access Services and Clinic onboarding. This role focuses on creating multi-dimensional training for adult learners, ensuring competency assessment, and managing policy updates. The coordinator will collaborate with various teams to design training that supports evolving operations and diverse patient populations within healthcare access functions.
