Data Product and Integration Analyst

Genworth is seeking a Data Product and Integration Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on defining, integrating, governing, and utilizing enterprise data to support critical business functions like customer segmentation and reporting. You will translate business needs into data requirements, ensure data quality, and contribute to scalable data products.

• Design and maintain curated datasets integrating data across multiple systems
• Partner with data engineering teams to transform data into trusted enterprise assets
• Validate data mappings, lineage, and business rules for accuracy
• Support the development of data products for reporting and analytics
• Apply enterprise data governance principles to strengthen data quality
• Develop and maintain business metadata, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation
