Business Analyst Operations

Agiliti is seeking a curious and analytical Business Analyst to partner with operations leaders and cross-functional teams. You will transform operational data into actionable insights to improve performance, develop reporting solutions, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. This role is key to driving efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making within the company.

• Partner with operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Govern and maintain operational data sets for accuracy and consistency
• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and risks
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience with SQL, Smartsheet, or Power BI preferred
