Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of our innovative Agentic AI Platform. You will architect and deploy production-grade AI agents that automate complex business workflows, leveraging your expertise in LLMs, agent orchestration, and cloud technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of GenAI within our organization and mentor a talented team.

• Design, build, and productionize multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines and integrate agents with enterprise systems
• Implement LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and safety measures for agents
• Optimize LLMs and build classical ML models where appropriate
• Own LLMOps/MLOps for the platform, including CI/CD and observability
• Mentor junior data scientists and translate business problems into AI solutions
