Associate Director, Business Analytics and Insights

Ferring, a biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director of Business Analytics and Insights to partner with the Specialty Care business unit, focusing on new product launch commercialization. This role involves developing commercial analytics strategies, understanding market dynamics, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth and product adoption.

• Serve as primary analytics partner to BU leadership for strategic planning and launch support
• Develop and execute commercial analytics strategies for new product launches
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks for pre- and post-launch tracking
• Conduct ad hoc and routine analyses to surface trends and inform commercial decisions
• Leverage Python and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Partner with Forecasting and Market Access teams to provide integrated insights
