Sr Data Scientist, People Analytics

Lennar is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their People Analytics team. This role will build predictive models for workforce trends like attrition and hiring, and develop AI agents to deliver insights directly to HR leaders. You will have significant autonomy in shaping the team's data science practices and will work closely with HR systems and leadership.

• Build predictive models for attrition, turnover, hiring, and headcount needs
• Develop AI agents to deliver workforce insights to HR leaders
• Utilize Python and SQL for model building and deployment
• Apply experimentation and causal inference for data analysis
• Leverage LLMs for analyzing unstructured people data
• Collaborate with HR leaders and Data Engineering
