Laboratory Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Sanford Health is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights for department, sales, and customer success. This role involves managing special projects, ensuring data integrity, and integrating/maintaining laboratory systems. The ideal candidate will blend problem-solving with technical skills to automate processes and develop data tools, translating statistical concepts into clear financial and market reports for management and sales teams.

• Analyze and report statistical, financial, and clinical data for reference laboratory business
• Analyze trends, outcomes, financial performance, and market pricing structures
• Provide answers, solutions, and pricing analysis to support the reference lab sales team
• Manage special projects and ensure data integrity
• Integrate and maintain laboratory information systems and databases
• Automate manual processes and develop on-demand descriptive data tools
