CRU Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst for the Community Response Unit (CRU), you will collect, manage, and analyze program data to support evaluation, quality improvement, and strategic decision-making. You will create reports and dashboards to demonstrate program impact, identify trends, and inform evidence-based service improvements for substance use disorder and behavioral health needs. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, healthcare partners, and external stakeholders.

• Collect, validate, and maintain program data from multiple sources
• Analyze program performance, utilization, outcomes, and trends
• Generate reports and create dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives with data-driven recommendations
• Assist with data management in Unite Us and other electronic systems
