Algolia is seeking a GTM Data Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will ensure customer and prospect data is trusted, governed, and operationally sound across go-to-market systems, partnering with various teams to maintain data integrity and support automation.

What we are looking for

Own operational health, governance, and integrity of customer and prospect data
Ensure data accuracy, enrichment, synchronization, and governance
Partner with GTM Systems, Operations, Analytics, and Engineering teams
Act as operational steward for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts data
Execute data hygiene programs including deduplication and standardization
Monitor critical integrations and troubleshoot synchronization failures
