Data Analysis Manager

Lead a remote, cross-functional team in delivering analytics products, data systems, and dashboards for federal programs. This role involves technical project management, analytics leadership, and stakeholder engagement to guide the development of modern data platforms and promote data-driven decision-making.

• Manage delivery of data and analytics projects
• Develop and maintain project plans and resource plans
• Advise clients and stakeholders on priorities and timelines
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and present findings
• Oversee the design and deployment of Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards
• Lead scalable data preparation and integration using SQL, R, Python
