Business Analyst

Join the Data & Analytics team as a Business Analyst to deliver operational reporting, automation, and insights that enhance decision-making. You will be responsible for KPI visibility, data pipeline reliability, and proactive risk identification to support operational performance. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, business process understanding, and modern data tool capabilities, including AI, to drive measurable business value from complex data.

• Integrate and standardize data for a unified view of performance
• Build scalable workflows and data pipelines using Power Platform, Databricks
• Develop dashboards and visual reports for technical and non-technical audiences
• Apply AI-assisted methods for accelerated analysis and forward-looking insights
• Support KPI reviews with rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations
• Partner across teams to identify data-driven improvement opportunities
