Senior Manager - Data Analytics & Insight

Mercer is seeking a Lead Specialist and Pricing and Market Intelligence Analyst to manage their WinPath Pricing Model and support business intelligence activities. This hybrid role involves analyzing pricing, supporting budgets, maintaining competitor profiles, summarizing financial themes, and enhancing sales dashboards. The analyst will also track lobbying activities across states to provide strategic insights.

• Manage and update WinPath Pricing Model with FOIA analysis
• Support budgeting, SOWs, and staffing hour buildup
• Develop and maintain state and competitor profiles
• Summarize Medicaid and financial themes from MCO investor calls
• Design and maintain Sales Dashboard with profitability metrics
• Conduct quarterly research on state lobbyist activities
