Moog's Industrial Group is looking for a Data Governance & Business Intelligence Manager to establish and lead their data governance framework and business intelligence capabilities. This role will ensure trusted, data-driven decision-making by defining critical business metrics and providing actionable insights to leadership. You will partner across departments to align data standards and support the organization's data modernization journey.

- Lead Industrial Group data governance program and establish stewardship
- Define and govern critical business metrics and KPI framework
- Partner with business leaders to identify and translate reporting requirements
- Manage BI analysts and drive adoption of governed reporting capabilities
- Experience establishing data governance programs and KPI frameworks
- Proficiency with BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
