Staff Analytical Scientist

Regeneron is seeking a Staff Analytical Scientist to develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for iSRNA/siRNA oligonucleotides and peptide therapeutics. You will lead technical efforts, resolve complex issues, and advance analytical strategy for novel modalities, while also mentoring junior team members and managing the method lifecycle. This role requires a PhD and extensive experience in analytical development and QC.

• Develop and optimize analytical methods for iSRNA/siRNA and peptide modalities
• Design and review assay qualification and validation protocols
• Implement new instrumentation and technology (e.g., LC-MS, CE)
• Transfer control test procedures to QC and train staff
• Lead troubleshooting, OOS/OOT investigations, and customer complaint assessments
• Manage analytical method lifecycle from development to retirement
