AI Scientist

GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Staff AI Scientist to develop and deploy modern machine learning methods for analyzing large healthcare datasets. This role focuses on generative AI, large-scale pretraining, and responsible AI applications within the healthcare domain, utilizing electronic medical records, waveforms, and clinical reports.

• Develop and implement novel machine learning algorithms, particularly LLMs for clinical tasks
• Analyze and demonstrate algorithms for accuracy on general subject populations
• Explore learning from human feedback and assist in AI evaluation
• Build prototypes for high-performance AI algorithms in scalable, product-ready code
• Work with large-scale datasets and design generative algorithms
• Stay current on state-of-the-art algorithms and competing technologies
