Manager-Data Science

Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions for Walt Disney World's commercial operations. This role blends data science and engineering expertise to solve complex business problems, influence product development, and enhance the guest experience through data-driven recommendations.

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Data Scientists
• Develop and implement data pipelines and analytical models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights
• Utilize Python and Snowflake for data analysis and platform development
• Drive improvements in revenue generation, strategy, and customer experience
• Communicate complex findings through compelling visualizations and reports
