Business Analytics Analyst

Citi is seeking a Fraud Analytics Business Analyst in Bangalore to manage and execute fraud analytics and strategies for their North American Retail Bank business. This role involves leveraging data to identify fraud trends, design prevention strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement interventions.

• Leverage analytics to identify enhancement opportunities and insights
• Manage fraud rules, scores, and detection strategies
• Analyze customer and transactional data to identify and improve fraud strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy recommendations
• Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reporting for trend monitoring
