Join Fidelity's Sales Performance and Analytics team to design and administer variable compensation plans and reporting that reward advisors. You will provide operational support, analyze data, and develop sales performance dashboards to drive coaching and compensation measurement for over 14,000 associates and leaders.
What we are looking for 6
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Product Analyst experience in an Agile Scrum environment
- Experience with data analysis, use case development, and user acceptance testing
- Proficiency in SQL and other enterprise tools
- Strong investigation, case management, and communication skills
- Ability to innovate and deliver in a fast-paced environment
