Business Intelligence Analyst Lead

Geisinger is seeking a Lead BI Analyst to partner with their Health Plan Pharmacy team. You will leverage your expertise in data, programming, and statistics to drive data-driven decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. This role involves consulting with stakeholders, leading analysis, developing reports, and mentoring junior analysts.

• Partner with GHP Pharmacy to drive data-driven decisions
• Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to answer business questions
• Lead analysis approach and reporting development
• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries for sophisticated data analysis
• Present analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders
• Mentor junior BI developers and share knowledge
