Senior Payroll Business Analyst, Data & Reporting

Boeing is seeking a Senior Payroll Business Analyst to join their data and reporting team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of global payroll data, building reporting structures, and providing actionable insights to HR, Finance, and auditors. The position involves end-to-end data management, reconciliation, and troubleshooting within a hybrid work environment.

• Own payroll data integrity, end-to-end mapping, reconciliations, and reporting
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs for exceptions and trends
• Act as the payroll data Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Define data requirements and validate outcomes for system changes
• Troubleshoot data and reporting incidents, lead root-cause analysis
• Build dashboards, KPIs, reconciliations, and variance analyses
