About this role
Join the Harris Lab at Mass General Brigham as a Senior Research Lab Technician focused on autoimmune skin diseases. You will manage lab operations and perform advanced experimental protocols, including tissue processing, flow cytometry, and molecular cloning, contributing to translational research and the development of new therapies.
What we are looking for
6- Manage essential laboratory operations
- Execute experimental protocols: tissue processing, flow cytometry, IHC, molecular cloning
- Master advanced methods: multiplex ELISA, RNA sequencing prep, in vivo disease modeling
- Contribute to translational research in autoimmune skin diseases
- Work with world-class faculty in dermatology
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
