Business Analytics Advisor – Clinical/Healthcare Analytics - Remote

Join Evernorth's Data & Analytics team to transform healthcare data into actionable insights that improve health outcomes and customer experiences. You will support the Custom High Acuity Model (CHAM) program by developing analytics to identify intervention opportunities and create targeted Medical Action Plans. This role requires partnering with clinical, operational, product, and analytics teams to shape impactful pathways.

• Lead development and execution of Behavioral and Coaching MAP opportunities
• Partner with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, and stakeholders to identify opportunities
• Develop opportunity analyses, analytic plans, and business requirements
• Use SQL and healthcare data to define customer targeting strategies and actionable insights
• Translate business and clinical needs into scalable analytic solutions
• Drive continuous improvement through analytic innovation and process optimization
