About this role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will build and maintain a critical workforce visibility platform, integrating data from Technology, Finance, and HR. You will provide leadership with AI-enabled insights to drive strategic decisions in workforce planning, capacity tracking, and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for

Own and evolve the people data ecosystem, including pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights
Track workforce composition, allocation, costs, and capabilities for strategic decision-making
Partner with Tech, Finance, and HR to ensure data accuracy and alignment
Develop AI-enabled tooling to automate insights and improve data quality
Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for leadership
Experience with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
