Analyze geospatial data to transform law enforcement investigations by assessing meaning and potential intent. Design, analyze, and develop geospatial solutions using ArcGIS for priorities like infrastructure, topography, and intelligence. Improve communications with stakeholders through visualizations and reports, and share expertise through leadership and mentoring.
